Mayur Uniquoters rose 2.55% to Rs 434.15 at 15:15 IST on BSE after DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund bought a total of 5 lakh shares from BSE and NSE in bulk deals at Rs 428 per share on Tuesday, 25 November 2014.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 54.84 points or 0.19% at 28,392.89.
On BSE, so far 17,000 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 34,000 shares in the past two weeks.
The stock hit a high of Rs 450 and a low of Rs 430.20 so far during the day.
DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund bought 2.50 lakh shares of Mayur Uniquoters at Rs 428 per share in a bulk deal on BSE on Tuesday, 25 November 2014. It also bought another 2.50 lakh shares at Rs 428 per share in a bulk deal on NSE.
