Mishtann Foods allots Equity shares

Pursuant to Bonus Issue

Mishtann Foods L on 9th June 2022 has allotted 50,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. I each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of One (I) Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each for every One (1) existing Equity Shares offs. 1/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members' list of beneficial owners as on 03.06.2022, being the record date fixed for this purpose.
