Monnet Ispat & Energy announced that CIRP has been initiated in respect of the Company under the provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code,2016 by an order of the NCLT with effect from 18 July 2017.
As per Section 17 of the Code, upon appointment of the Resolution Professional,the powers of the Board of Directors stands suspended and such powers shall be exercised by the Resolution Professional appointed for the Company.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015,this is to inform you that the Resolution Professional,on Wednesday,the 14th day of February,2018 will consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2017,duly authenticated and signed by the authorized officials of the Company as per law.
