From CRISIL
Motherson Sumi Systems announced that CRISIL has revised the ratings of the Company as under -
Total Bank loan facilities (Rs 750 crore)
Long term rating - CRISIL AA/ Positive (Outlook revised from 'Stable' and rating reaffirmed)
Short term rating - CRISIL A1+ (Reaffirmed)
Commercial Paper (Rs 150 crore) - CRISIL A1+
