MphasiS announced that:1. Mary Teresa Hassett has been appointed as a non-executive additional director of the Company effective 30 September 2014. Mary Teresa Hassett will be a non-executive woman director on the Board.
2. Chandrakant D. Patel has resigned as a director of the Company effective the closing hours of 30 September 2014.
