Mudra Lifestyle announces change in directorate

With effect from 05 August 2014

Mudra Lifestyle announced that Kyoung Hur has been appointed as the Additional Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution with effect from 05 August 2014. Wan Ki Eun has tendered his resignation from the post of the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company and all other Committee positions held by him in the Company with effect from 05 August 2014.
