N R Agarwal Inds appoints Additional Independent Directors

W.e.f. 22 October 2019 & 01 November 2019

The Board of Directors of N R Agarwal Industries in their meeting held on 22 October 2019 have appointed Rohan Agarwal as the Additional and Whole Time Director on the Board of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 01 November 2019. Similarly, S N Chaturvedi is appointed as an Additional & Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 22 October 2019 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuring AGM.
