Nakoda announces change in financial year

Finance year ending changed from December to March

Nakoda announced that as per the new companies Act, 2013 the financial year has to be ending 31 March

Accordingly, the financial year of the Company is changed from December ending to March ending and hence the results will be 15 months ending 31 March 2015.
