Nandan Denim drops after dull Q2 results

Nandan Denim lost 1.33% to Rs 167.05 at 09:44 IST on BSE after net profit fell 0.49% to Rs 16.12 crore on 37.12% growth in net sales to Rs 414.98 crore in Q2 September 2017 over Q2 September 2016.
The result was announced after market hours yesterday, 11 December 2017.Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 70.26 points or 0.21% at 33,385.53. The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 24.34 points or 0.13% at 18,276.11.
On the BSE, 18,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 37,238 shares in the past one quarter. The stock had hit a high of Rs 172.55 and a low of Rs 167 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 186.65 on 10 October 2017. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 107 on 26 December 2016.
The small-cap company has equity capital of Rs 48.05 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
