National Buildings Construction Corporation incorporates "NBCC Gulf LLC"

In JV with Al Naba Holding LLC in Sultanate of Oman

National Buildings Construction Corporation announced that the Company has incorporated "NBCC Gulf LLC" in the Sultanate of Oman with 70% equity participation, balance 30% has been contributed by 'Al Naba Holding LLC' (Al Naba) a leading business group in Sultanate of Oman.

"NBCC Gulf LLC" is established to carryout commercial construction activities of Buildings, Roads, Airport, Harbour, Water Sewerage and Electricity Network in Sultanate of Oman.
