National General Industries announces change in directorate

With effect from 02 September 2014

National General Industries announced that Abhilasha Goenka, has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. 02 September 2014. She will be designated as Independent Director the Company.

Further, Anshuman Goenka, Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 02 September 2014.
