National Peroxide announces change in company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 21 April 2015

National Peroxide announced that Hanoz B. Chinoy, Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned with effect from 20 April 2015.

Further, the Company has appointed Seema Jagnani as the Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, w.e.f. 21 April 2015.
