NCL Research appoints statutory auditors

NCL Research & Financial Services announced that its directors in the board meeting held on 18 February 2014 have approved shifting of its registered office from the State of Uttar Pradesh to the State of Maharashtra and the appointment of B B Shah & Company, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as statutory auditors of the company in place of Mukesh Choudhary & Associates who have resigned.
