NDTV forays into online wedding platform with Special Occasions

Raises funding from CerraCap Ventures

NDTV announced that its wedding and festival e-commerce platform, Special Occasions, has raised funding at a valuation of USD 20 million. A US based venture capital firm, CerraCap Ventures has invested in NTDV's forthcoming wedding venture.

NDTV also announced the appointment of Sachin Singhal as CEO of Special Occasions.
