Nelco change in directorship

W.e.f. 24 October 2019

Nelco announced the resignation of Rahul Shah from the Board of the Company with effect from 24 October 2019 to facilitate restructuring of the Board as per decision of Parent Company i.e. The Tata Power Company Ltd. The Board of Directors of Nomination, HR and Remuneration Committee have appointed Anand Agarwal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) of the company with effect from 24 October 2019.
