New Markets Advisory will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 November 2015, to consider and approve the Company's Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30 September 2015, & to consider and approve Resignation of Komal Singh Jaroli, Non-executive Independent Director, from the Board of the Company.
