Nicco Parks & Resorts announces change in nominee director

Nicco Parks & Resorts announced that the Company have received a letter dated 07 November 2014, from West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation, intimating appointment of Rajat Kumar Bose, (lAS) Managing Director of West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited in place of Bhishmadeb Dasgupta.

Bhishmadeb Dasgupta, was the Nominee of West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation on the Board of Directors of the Company.
