Nicco Uco Alliance Credit fixes record date for resuction of share capital

Record date is 19 June 2015

Nicco Uco Alliance Credit announced that pursuant to the Order dated 27 November 2014, Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for Re-organisation of Share Capital of the Company and the Company has at its meeting of Board of Directors fixed 19 June 2015 as Record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders whose shares will be reduced from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/- per share, pursuant to the said Scheme of Arrangement.
