NTPC announces resignation of director

With effect from 20 August 2015

NTPC announced that in pursuance of letter dated 20 August 2015 of the Ministry of Power, Government of India conveying the approval of the Competent Authority to the acceptance of resignation of I. J. Kapoor, Director (Commercial), NTPC consequent upon his appointment as Technical Member of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, he has relinquished the charge of the post of the Director (Commercial) of the Company with effect from afternoon of 20 August 2015.
