Oil India announces nomination of director on board of Numaligarh Refinery

Oil India announced that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas vide its letter dated 28 July 2021 has nominated Gagann Jain, Independent Director of the Company as Independent Director on the Board of Numaligarh Refinery w.e.f the date of notification of his appointment and co-terminus with his tenure as Independent Director on the Board of the Company or until further orders whichever is earlier.
