Oriental Bank of Commerce announces cessation of director

With effect from 30 June 2015

Oriental Bank of Commerce announced Bhupinder Nayyar, Executive Director of the Bank in terms of Section 9(3)(a) of the Banking Companies (Acquisitions and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 has vacated his office on 30 June 2015 on superannuation.
