With effect from 25 April 2016
Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that the Central Government vide Notification dated 25 April 2016 has appointed Mala Srivastava as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of the Bank pursuant to sub-section 3(h) and (3-A) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80 for a period of three years from the date of notification of her appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
