Oriental Hotels appoints director

With effect from 31 July 2015

Oriental Hotels announced that Gita Nayyar was appointed by the Board as an Additional Director of the Company in the independent non-executive capacity with effect from 31 July 2015, pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 3 of Companies (Appointment and Qualifications of Directors) Rule, 2014 and the Clause 49 II A and B of the listing agreement.
