Oseaspre Consultants will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2015, to consider approving the Audited Annual Accounts for the Financial year ended 31 March 2015, and to consider recommend to the members of the Company the payment of dividend, if any, on the Company's Equity Share Capital for the financial year ended 31 March 2015.
