Outcome of board meeting of Caplin Point Laboratories

Caplin Point Laboratories announced that Sridhar Ganesan, an Independent Director in the Board of the Company resigned with effect from 25 August 2014, as the Board has requested Sridhar Ganesan to involve in the affairs of the Company on a whole time basis.

Hence, Sridhar Ganesan would be functioning as a Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from 25 August 2014.
