Kings Infra Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, has taken the following decisions:1. The Board of Directors has decided that Baby John Shaji, Whole-time Director be and is hereby appointed as Joint Managing Director of Kings Infra Ventures Limited with effect from 28 October 2015.
2. Paul Joseph IES (Retired) is appointed as Additional Director with effect from 28 October 2015.
3. Mathews Daniel, Director of the company has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and the Board accepted his resignation with effect from 28 October 2015.
4. Achyuth Dutt, Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer of the company has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and the Board accepted his resignation with effect from 01 October 2015.
