Board of Orosil Smiths India approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 28 October 2015

Orosil Smiths India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, inter alia, has passed the following Resolutions:

The Board took note of the resignation of Pratibha Anand Company secretary of the Company with effect from 30 September 2015.

The Board considered and approved the appointment of Rakhi Manchanda as Company Secretary on the place of resigning Company Secretary of the Company.
