Outcome of board meeting of Modern India
At meeting held on 24 May 2018
The Board of Modern India approved the change in registered office to 1, Mittal Chambers, 228, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 which is within the local limit of the town where present Registered office of the company is situated.The Board also approved proposal to enter into an LLP with Prime Tech Textiles LLP for carrying out textile business.
