National Oxygen announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Appointed Lakshmmi Subramanian and Associates, firm of Company Secretary in practice as Secretarial Auditor for conducting secretarial Audit for the year 2014-2015.

2. Appointed Dinesh Gupta as Compliance Officer in the place of K. S. Govindarajan.

3. Renamed Shareholder's Grievance Committee to Stakeholders relationship Committee.

4. Renamed Remuneration Committee to Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
