Outcome of board meeting of Nutraplus India

Held on 14 November 2014

Nutraplus India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. Approved the allotment of 700,000 Equity Shares consequent upon conversion of warrants issued to Nidhi Naik; and

2. Taken on record the resignation of Mahesh Doshi as a Director with effect from 14 November 2014.
