To appoint Sumit Tukaram Chile, as additional director and to accept resignation of Vipul Shantilal Trivedi from the board of Director of the Company.
2. To shift registered office of the Company from 45/B, Mona Shopping Center, Nr. Navrang Cinema, JP Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400053, Maharashtra, India to R. Ro. 3, Shinde Wadi, Old Nagardas Road, Behind Classic Hotel, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400069, Maharashtra, India.
