The Board of Directors of the Company has approved draft of notices to be sent to the shareholders holding 7000 partly paid equity shares.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to appoint Kinjal Shah, Company Secretary as a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 14 February 2015.
