Outcome of board meeting of Sadhana Nitro Chem

Sadhana Nitro Chem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 September 2014, has considered the following:

1. Appointment of Nitin R. Jani as a Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 15 September 2014.

2. Approved the Sale of wholly owned Foreign Subsidiary of the Company.

3. Approved the issuance of notice to the members of the Company for passing of resolutions in respect of following matters through Postal Ballot:

a. Creation of charge on / mortgage of the assets of the Company.
b. Sale of wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the Company.
