Outcome of board meeting of Samtex Fashions

Samtex Fashions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 April 2015, inter alia, has considered the proposed plan of shifting the manufacturing facilities and disposing off the partial assets. The matter was discussed. The Board Members asked Atul Mittal, Joint Managing Director to explore the prospective avenues for further consideration.
