Outcome of board meeting of Sanco Trans

Sanco Trans announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter alia, has:

1. B. Lakshmi Sowjanya, Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company.

2. The Board noted that though the denial of renewal of the Company's CHA license has become subject matter of dispute, the same has no significant revenue impact.
