Spaceage Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 March 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. The Appointment of Alpa Vora, as an Additional Director of the Company.

2. The Resignation of Kalpak Vora, from the post of Directorship.

3. Resignation of Company Secretary.
