SRS Finance announces change in directorate

With effect from 09 March 2015

SRS Finance announced the following changes in directorate -

Kailash Tayal and Shubhra Agrawal have been appointed as Independent directors w.e.f. 09 March 2015 for a period of five years.

Lalit Kumar and Garima have resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. 09 March 2015.
