Sphere Global Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 June 2015 has approved the following -Allotment of 10 lakh convertible warrants to non-promoters. The warrants will be convertible into equivalent equity shares of Rs 10 each issued at a premium of Rs 40.
Accepted the resignation of GSR Somayaji as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 30 June 2015.
Appointed Akshita Surana as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 01 July 2015.
