Outcome of board meeting of Transglobe Foods

Held on 27 November 2014

Transglobe Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 November 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:

1. To accept the resignation of Rameshchandra Khakhar and Vijay Rank as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

2. To forfeit 5,52,800 Partly paid up equity shares of our Company due to non payment of call money as per the norms set by stock exchange and various other statutory authorities.
