Outcome of board meeting of Welspun Projects

Welspun Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, have appointed the following:

1. B. K. Goenka as Executive Chairman.

2. R. G. Sharma as Independent Director.

3. Mintoo Bhandari as Non Independent Non Executive Director and Utsav Baijal as an Alternate Director to Mintoo Bhandari.

4. Shriniwas Kargutkar as Chief Financial Officer.

5. Rajendra Sawant as Company Secretary.
