Parag Milk Foods will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 09 May 2018, to approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2018, to consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
