Parle Software to hold board meeting

Parle Software will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 April 2015, to appoint Managing Director pursuant to Section 203(1) of The Companies Act, 2013, to appoint Company Secretary pursuant to Section 203(1) of The Companies Act, 2013, to appoint Company Secretary as a Compliance Officer of the Company with reference to Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement.
