Patel Engineering announces cessation of director
With effect from 26 September 2015
Patel Engineering announced Sharad Zalawadia, Independent Director has vacated his office of Director pursuant to Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 26 September 2015.Accordingly, Sharad Zalawadia ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 26 September 2015.
