Board of Aishwarya Telecom approves increase in authorised share capital

At meeting held on 28 September 2015

Aishwarya Telecom announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 September 2015, has approved the following:

1. To increase the authorised Share Capital of the Company to Rs. 15 crore.

2. To hold Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 23 October 2015 to take shareholders' approval for the above.
