PCS Technology announces resignation of director

With effect from 15 September 2014

PCS Technology announced that the Company has circulated the Resolution to the Board of Directors on 30 September 2014 for the acceptance of the resignation letter submitted by P, V. Mehta resigning as Director of the Company w.e f. 15 September 2014. The said resolution has now been approved accepting the resignation of P. V. Mehta as Director of the Company w.e.f. 15 September 2014.
