Peacock Industries appoints CFO

At board meeting held on 28 February 2015

Peacock Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 February 2015, has appointed Sanjay Bolia, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 28 February 2015 pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 (1) (III) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with rule 8 of Companies (Appointment And Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
