Phillips Carbon Black announced that ICRA has reaffirmed the rating at [ICRA] A+ (pronounced ICRA A plus) for Rs. 400 crore Line of Credit of the Company.The Outlook on the long-term rating has been revised from 'Stable' to 'Positive'.
