Piramal Enterprises to raise up to Rs 500 crore

Through issue of NCDs

The Administrative Committee of Piramal Enterprises at its meeting held on 15 November 2018 has approved the issue of secured non-convertible debentures on private placement basis up to Rs 400 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 100 crore, aggregating the total size of Rs 500 crore.
