Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd fell 3.3% today to trade at Rs 194.6. The S&P BSE Power index is down 0.85% to quote at 1954.24. The index is up 2.93 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, NHPC Ltd decreased 2.03% and Adani Power Ltd lost 0.63% on the day. The S&P BSE Power index went up 2.74 % over last one year compared to the 14.23% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
