Praj Industries announces change in directorate
With effect from 16 January 2017
Praj Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has:1. Appointed Sachin Raole, CFO & President- Finance & Commercial as additional Director in the category of Whole Time Director and has re-designated him as CFO & Director- Finance & Commercial with effect from 16 January 2017.
2. Accepted resignation of Gajanan Nabar, as CEO & MD and also from the directorship of the Company with effect from 16 January 2017.
